Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online store liffeyzarchive on the Shopify platform.

3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the sale of T-shirts, including customized and individually printed items.

4. Conclusion of the Contract

The product presentations do not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.

5. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in EUR. In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is finalized.

6. Delivery

We ship to Germany and EU countries.

Germany: Usually 2–4 business days after payment
EU countries: Usually 4–10 business days after payment

Custom orders may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout.

7. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Shopify Payments (Credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, etc.)
PayPal

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Right of Withdrawal. Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

10. Returns and Product Condition

Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged). Personalized or vintage items are excluded from returns.

11. Warranty

Legal warranty rights apply. Minor deviations in custom prints (e.g. color or positioning) do not constitute defects.

12. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Liability for slight negligence applies only to essential contractual obligations.

13. Data Protection

Details regarding the handling of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

14. Copyright

All texts, images, and designs are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

15. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country remain unaffected.
