Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (e.g. individually printed T-shirts).
• Returns are only accepted if the item is in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).
• Vintage items or unique pieces are excluded from return.
• Improper care contrary to washing instructions excludes any right to return.
